: BY IRREVOCABLE , CONFIRMED, DIVISIBLE, TRANSFERABLE , UNCONDITIONAL, REVOLVING, LETTER OF CREDIT FOR MONTHLY SHIPMENT ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY A TOP PRIME INTERNATIONAL BANK , 100 % PAYABLE AT SIGTH, AGAINST PRESENTATION OF SHIPPING DOCUMENTS OF EACH SHIPPMENT
Penalty of 50.000 Euro if the LC will not be provided by buyer within 5 days after providing POP against POF
*) WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) BANKING DAYS FROM THE SIGNING DATE OF THE CONTRACT THE SELLER’S BANK WILL PROVIDE (VIA MT999 SWIFT) AT THE BUYER’S BANK THE PROOF OF PRODUCT (P.O.P.) OPPORTUNELY SUPPORTED to SGS DECLARATION, THAT IS, A CERTIFICATION OF PRODUCT; AFTER RECEIVED THE POP, THE BUYER’S BANK WILL PROVIDE THE SELLER’S BANK WITH PROOF OF FUNDS (P.O.F.)
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% PB
1- Buyer issues ICPO with authorization for soft probe
2. - Seller issues FCO
3. - Buyer accepts, sign and seal and return FCO.
4. - Seller issues Draft Contract
5. - Buyer sign, seal and return the contract
6. - Seller and buyer sign Final contract and exchange contract by courier.
7.- Buyer open LC Non-Operative
8. - Seller issue 2% PB which activate the LC
10- Delivery begins as per contract terms and conditions.
